Santa’s Sleigh Program – Sign up to adopt a child or senior for Christmas. KCM Social Services’ Santa Sleigh program helps families find and maintain some balance when they fall into financial crisis. Celebrating Christmas can be really hard for these families who are struggling just to keep a roof over their heads and the lights turned on. The Santa’s Sleigh program is only for active clients of KCM Social Services who have met with our case managers for a full assessment of their needs.
